Characteristics differ between variants of a connector
CFF Connector is a CFast Card 1.27mm pitch connector.
The CFast card is the latest in next generation technology from the Compactflash Association, CFast cards use Serial ATA (SATA) technology for high performance to allow data to be written and read at higher speeds.
JST's New CFF Connector is designed to accept CFast type I and II cards. We offer the connector with hold cover for CFast Type I and II cards and also a CFast frame kit for type I cards.
The CFF Connector (CFast) can be used in most applications such as LCD TV's, Laptops, camera's and printers to name but a few.
Confirms to CFast Specification Rev.1.0.
Card assembly method
Two types of snap-in/Ultra sonic welding are available.
Ground Protection
The connector has GND spring which is connecting with No.PC16 to enable secure connection between metal cover and PCB.
Transmission Characteristic
This connector considers transmission characteristic up to 3Gbps transmission.
